Sneak peak of Halloween

The kids got their Halloween costumes in the mail this week and they are so excited about them ..They had to try them on so I thought while they were on I would take pictures so everyone could have a sneak peak....

The first of many!!!!

This is what happens when you drive your bike off the edge of the drive way ( pictured below from a few different angles) He was trying to turn around on his bike an was apparently to close to the edge and didn't make it , he ended up face down in the sticker bushes in the lot next to us. Poor boy all he kept asking was if he had a black eye... We made a mad dash to walmart and collected some band aids and a few band aids later he was back on the bike...

The first day of school..

Rivy is in the big fourth grade now, I can hardly believe that she is all ready so grown up...

Last days of summer (a little late)

The kids in their little space. I don't know what it is about the court yard but it is where they spend a lot of their time.

Mike did sparklers with the kids. They love anything that lights on fire.
Last day of summer pool party. One pool was not enough they had to set them all up so it was like a water park they said.

We just got home from a week of Lake Powell and can you say awesome.... It was the best trip grandma and grandpa took such good care of us and made sure we had the time of our life. Mel and her fam stayed a few days and Whit and her man stayed just a couple days and the rest of us stayed the whole week and had a blast. Thanks Mom and Dad for such a great trip love you guys lots..

Buddys new look

Oh the things we do for fun. Whit has a great friend that has a goat for his weed control and while we were up north Whit was kind enough to take us over there to let us feed the goat. It was so much fun and even more than that it was hilarious. While we were there we had a great idea to make Buddy look his best and this is what we came up with. What do you think? VEGAS

We went to Vegas for Rivys birthday we had tons of fun. We rode all the rides in the circus circus fun dome well I didnt but Mike and Kait did. We had a great time the kids loved it and they loved spending the night for a change and we only went to one fish store, bummer for me and Mike but the kids were glad.

Look how BIG my little man is....

Laken taught himself how to ride a big boy bike this week..Look only two wheels, he is amazing..I took off the training wheels he pushed it to the end of the drive way into the road gave himself a little push and off he went on two wheels. How sad my baby is growing up.....

Zion # 2

Whit came for the weekend and we went to Zion again it was so fun and warm. We did the river walk and it was awesome we saw wild turkeys and tons of chipmunks that were so brave they were begging Laken for his chips and he was not stingy, he shared half of his pack and they were still asking for more they are so cute.

When we were up north we decided to go feed the ducks while Kait was at the beauty shop getting beautified..We had a blast ,well I thought we did. It may have been too much dirt for Mel but I think the kids had fun and I did...I love feeding the ducks, too bad there were only two..Maybe we can try again next time for better weather and more ducks..Please ducks come out and play and eat our yummy freezer burnt bread...

Easter Fun

Today we colored eggs and wow was it FUN...Even Mike joined in on the fun and by the looks of him he was pretty proud of his egg.The kids are all holding their own eggs they did so good. Mine is the awesome one that is all alone (the pink and blue one,I know I rock)...

Laken had his arms tucked up tight in his shirt and tried to climb into bed with me, well lets just say it didnt go exactly as planned his foot slipped off and down he went smack into the bottom rail of my bed...Dang thats gonna leave a mark..
